What you can return, how to do it, and when you will be refunded.

Return window

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for items bought online, provided they are unworn, undamaged and in their original case, packaging and tags.

What cannot be returned

Frames fitted with prescription lenses, lenses made to order, items adjusted or altered at your request, and items marked as non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.

How to return

Write to us through the Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and share return instructions. Returns can also be brought to the showroom at 75 M. G. Road, Pune.

Inspection and refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm your refund by email. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, usually within 7 to 10 working days. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair or full refund, including shipping costs.

Reserved and enquiry items

Items reserved for a showroom visit or discussed through an enquiry are not online orders. They are only sold once you have seen them in store and paid, and the showroom's terms at the time of purchase apply.
