About these terms

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time, and the version on the website when you place your order applies to that order.

Products and authenticity

We sell genuine products from the eyewear houses we stock. Product photographs are for guidance, and colours may look slightly different on your screen. Frame measurements are listed as lens width, bridge and temple length.

Prices

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Some products are shown as "Price on request" and can only be bought after speaking to the showroom.

Buy online, reserve and enquire

Products marked "Buy online" can be ordered and paid for on this website. Products marked "Reserve in store" or "Enquire" are not sold online. Using those options sends a request to the showroom and does not create an order or a commitment to buy.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, in which case any payment will be refunded in full. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery and returns are covered by our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies, which form part of these terms.

Eye tests and advice

Eye test requests made through this website are requests only. An appointment is confirmed when the showroom calls you back. Advice on this website is general and does not replace an eye examination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Pune have jurisdiction over any dispute.
